News from the crash

img_01461Hello! London was not a good one for me! Unlucky I catch a spike with my back tyre during the 1/4 of final, which flattened the tyre very fast. I slided on the ramp and crashed on the landing. I got lucky in that by not breaking anytinhg! Just a big hole under my bottom lip and a big head ache.

Bonjour! Londres ne s’est pas bien passé! Je n’ai pas eu de chance un clou s’est planté dans ma roue arrière au milieu de mon run en 1/4 de finale. En arrivant devant la rampe, la moto s’est mise de travers et a patiné… N’ayant alors plus assez de vitesse, je m’ écrase contre la réception. Dans ma chute, j’ai été plutôt chanceux. Rien de cassé, juste un gros trou dans ma lèvre inférieure jusque dans le gencive. J’ai reçu à l’intérieur et l’extérieur une cinquantaine de points de suture et un gros mal de tête! mais tout va bien! :-) img_0655

    J’avais lu sur Freecaster.tv que tu t’étais crashé, mais sans autre commentaire que celui disanat que tu étais OK… Content de voir que c’est “pas trop grave”.

  13. damn Mat thanks God you are ok! when i saw you crashing i thought its not gonna end good… but yeah you are from steel! ;) i really wanted to see you and Mado in final, but it was not your day… the same with mado- all the problems with the bike…

    I was along side the ramp and have to say it did look like you hit the ramp pretty slow and then seemed to stop in mid air.
